The product is made of sawdust, straw(rice hulls), many kinds of crop straw and inorganic material(such as talcum powder, infusorial earch and powder, infusorial earth and powder coal ash)after special technology. 1. Metering System
After accurate weighing Fly ash, cement and sand, then being stirred with water into a slurry.
2. Forced mixing system
The slurry is transported by conveyor to the slurry compulsory mixer, and mixing with polystyrene particles evenly. Finally the slurry is poured into the mold.
3. Steam curing system.
The mould will be driven into curing room by the ferry cart for curing
